2. Data Collection & Google User Data

We collect information to provide our services, including:

• Account Information: Name and email address.
• Google User Data: When you use "Sign in with Google," we collect your Google ID, email address, and basic profile information (name and profile picture).
• Construction Documents: Files you manually upload for analysis.

3. Use of Data and "Limited Use" Disclosure

Archidian's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use your Google data only to authenticate your identity, create your account, and personalize your user experience. We do not use this data for any other purpose.

4. AI Processing & Training Restrictions

Archidian utilizes third-party AI sub-processors to analyze content manually uploaded by users.

• Non-Google Data: Data handling for uploaded documents varies by subscription tier as described in our Terms of Service.
• Google User Data: Notwithstanding any other provision, Archidian does not use data obtained via Google APIs to train, improve, or fine-tune generalized AI or ML models. Your Google profile information is used strictly for authentication and account management.

6. Data Deletion & Security

You retain 100% ownership of your content. You may request account or data deletion at any time by contacting [email protected]. We employ industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.
