This Privacy Policy describes how Archidian, Inc. ("Archidian") collects and manages your information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described herein.

2. Data Collection & Google User Data

We collect information to provide our services, including:

• Account Information: Name and email address.
• Google User Data: When you use "Sign in with Google," we collect your Google ID, email address, and basic profile information (name and profile picture).
• Construction Documents: Files you manually upload for analysis.

3. Use of Data and "Limited Use" Disclosure

Archidian's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use your Google data only to authenticate your identity, create your account, and personalize your user experience. We do not use this data for any other purpose.

4. AI Processing & Training Restrictions

Archidian utilizes third-party AI sub-processors to analyze content manually uploaded by users.

• No Training on Your Data: Your uploaded documents and data are never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI or machine learning models — by Archidian or any of our third-party providers. All AI services we use are on paid tiers with zero data retention and no training on customer data.
• Transient Processing Only: Your content is processed in a transient state solely to deliver analysis results back to you. It is not stored by our AI sub-processors beyond the time needed to complete processing.
• Google User Data: Archidian does not use data obtained via Google APIs to train, improve, or fine-tune any AI or ML models. Your Google profile information is used strictly for authentication and account management.

6. Data Deletion & Security

You retain 100% ownership of your content. You may request account or data deletion at any time by contacting [email protected]. We employ industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.
